My name is Mahbub Ahmed also known as 'Moby' or 'shuyeb' to my friends and colleagues. I have completed my MSc in Computer Science and IT from University of Bedfordshire. Currently I am working as a Senior software developer in Urgent Technology, Milton Keynes, UK. I have also completed some professional certification such as- MCP(Microsoft Certified Professional), MCSD (Microsoft Certified Solution Developer) and MCDBA(Microsoft Certified Database Administrator).

I have started using computer in 1994 where MS-DOS was the first software that I have learned. I still can remember those days!! At that time Microsoft windows 3.0 was just released. Our instructor wanted us to teach DOS but we were more interested to learn windows because of its graphical user compatible interface. Windows is the program that made my mind to work in computing world. I have started my career as computer instructor in 1998. After that I have moved to world of programming in 2000. I love to do programming work whenever I get time. Mainly I write programs in Visual Basic, ASP.net and c# with SQL server database as backend. I am a very big fan of all Microsoft products. I truly believe that Microsoft made some revolutionary products that has changed the world of computing. I don?t think anyone can defeat Microsoft in this case. You can say- this is not true, there is lots of other good software in the market. I agree, but Microsoft is Microsoft- no one have a variety range of products like Microsoft.

Complaining about the slow operating system and slow internet are the most common issues that I hear every day. Lot of my non IT friends is keen to know about the operating system more deeply. Here are the most common questions that I receive - how to install Microsoft windows vista or xp? How can I get a genuine license for my windows vista or xp? How can I set up a home network with windows vista or xp? How can I speed up my computer? I always get error when I open Internet explorer! Which antivirus shall I use? Can you give me some nice website to check? Can I have some nice wallpaper or font? Some expert asks about windows Registry! This site is to answer all those questions.
